What is The Nineteenth?
The Nineteenth is Infinity's monthly newsletter that goes out to both current and potential clients. The purpose of the newsletter is to communicate with our client base by making them aware of new features in ISM3 as well as inspiring them with creative ideas to help them maximize the potential for their Web site.
The newsletter is broken down into several sections that we run every month. The following is a list of those sections as well as a brief description of the type of content you will see.
Letter from Infinity
This is a generic letter from the Infinity staff giving you a heads-up of what you can expect to see in that particlular edition of The Nineteenth. You may also see news about Infinity employees featured there.
General/ISM3 News
You will definitely want to check out this section as these articles contain helpful information about new features that have been added to ISM3. These articles will include what component has been added, a brief description of how it works and what it's used for, as well as how to add this functionality to your ISM if you don't already have it.
Featured Story
These articles can be about any number of topics. These stories have typically been about how to effectively communicate with your fans/clients, but we have also run stories about Web sites or organizations that we find interesting.
Featured Site
You can expect to see a different Infinity client featured each month in this section. The purpose of these articles is to write in-depth about sites we feel have really set a good example in terms of graphics and functionality on their site. Each article will highlight special features, innovative ideas, or new components that the site may have. Our hope is that you will be able to spark some ideas of your own for your site.
Other Sections
Some of the more brief sections that we feature include: FAQs, The Infinity Scoreboard, and Client Spotlight. For FAQs, we will include a solution every month for a frequently asked question about the ISM. The Infinity Scoreboard is going to help us see how we’re doing as a company. We will include a poll each month, which we encourage you to fill out so we can ensure that we are providing the best service possible. Sometimes, however, we run seasonal polls just for fun. For Client Spotlight, we will include teasers about what's going on with certain clients and then include a link to their site so you can read the full story.
Though some of these sections are newer, we still continue to run most of the familiar sections from the past such as the Top 5 Unique Views, Top 5 Visitors, Top 5 Page Views, Recent Launches, and New Partners. In addition to the top five, you will also be able to click to see the top 30 for each section, including links to those sites.
